"Best day of my Life!

Ever since Blake was tiny he loved guns.  He couldn't really talk yet and it was saying "boom!" when he was playing with his guns.  When Bryan got the general deer tag this year he decided if he didn't get anything the first few days he would take the boys out to hunt with them.  Before you have a heart attack you need to know my husband is ultra crazy about gun safety.  They were safe the whole time. The first day they went out they didn't get anything.  Bryan took them the next day and he say the a monster buck run out! It's too bad it was running away and he wasn't able to hit it.  Soon after he came across this buck that was about 23 in's wide.  Lucky for everyone Bryan was able to connect and Blake was in HEAVEN! (these are Bryan's phone pics)

Blake told me "mom this was the best day of my whole life!"Pretty sure he is going to love to hunt just like his dad.  Tyson actually really loved hunting too.  Crazy enough his favorite part is gutting the dang thing.  He is totally intrigued by it's heart and lungs etc.

Bryan said it was one of the best hunts he has ever been on too- he really loved having his boys with him.  He better get used to that.  He has a lot of hunting buddies!

Happy Halloween 2015!

Sadly Blake wasn't as excited about trick or treating because he was mad at Bryan and Ty.  His pouting picture was my fav though.  This is real life people!
Stockton was my favorite trick or treater.  He was so excited and so funny.  He kept checking other peoples flowers (because it hadn't froze yet and we still had flowers everywhere this year) for caterpillars.  Brett didn't last as long as the others so he rode in the car with me.  Stockton would tell the people at the house he needed to get a candy for his brother then would run it right to the car to Brett so he had some candy too.  So sweet.

We only lasted 45 minutes because Easton was going nuts at home with Bryan.  That is the story of my life.  I can't even leave my baby for hour without a panicked call.
The day before Halloween the boys got to dress up at school.  Ty decided to be a ninja because he couldn't wear his storm trooper mask and he wanted people to know what he was.  We woke up to fog that morning! Seriously us mom photographers dream!

Pumpkins

We actually talked Bryan into going to the pumpkin walk with us this year.  The first time in I don't know how many years! I went again later in the week with my youngest two boys and my Grandma Jenkins but I can't find the photo I took their on my phone.
Ty, Blake, and Stock Potter

My neighbor had her huge pumpkins we bought again. Brett didn't like the feel of the seeds so he didn't help much.  Of course the other boys loved it.

Notice how my picture is blurry? Ugh I have to teach Bryan how to use my camera!

Halloween Portraits

Of course I got my annual halloween photos by the fence like I have for years now.  You would think I asked my boys to give me their arm when I told them I wanted to get their picture done.  Seriously- the weeping and waling that came from them.  So I made it as fast as I could.  Quick and painless for them- very painful for me but worth it. Easton's we did a few at home too.
