It is FINALLY getting a little warmer around here and we have been spending some time in our yard. Our snow hasn't started really melting off until a couple of weeks ago and now most of my yard is showing. I'm starting to get really excited about planting my flowerbeds and garden. Mostly my flower beds right now. I really like working in my yard. I wonder how that's going to work this year with my back all out of wack? Very carefully I'm sure! In the mean time I've been trying to catch up on my scrap booking (I take way too many pictures, it takes way too long!) and some major spring cleaning.
I got him a kite at the dollar store and he LOVES it! I'm sure it's not going to last for very long but we already got a dollar's worth out of it. 
We cleared the snow out of the sandbox a couple of weeks ago so we would be able to start playing in it sooner. My boys love to be dirty!

I'm so glad we don't have any snow on the ground. Our snow has been gone for awhile, thank goodness. I'm so ready for Spring! And so are my kids.
Aren't dollar stores great for cheap toys! They are totally worth the dollars worth of play. And I love the sandbox you have, did you guys make it? My boys really need one, Tai loves dirt!
