The crazy one is TWO!

When I say Stockton is crazy I'm not making it up- he is all over the place! I am very happy to report that he is talking and talking a lot! I feel like he is finally caught up to the rest of the kids his age with his speech but maybe I'm wrong.  He tells me "tank you" when I get him something and almost always wakes up with a smile.

For his birthday I decided not to stress myself out too much because A- he doesn't really know what a birthday is and B- he doesn't really care what we do for it.  So we took him to McDonalds to play on the play land and my parents drove into town and met us there. We had Bryan's mom and sister Becca and her girls were able to come over for cup cakes It was so warm outside!  The kids went out and played for a little while. Bryan had to work so my parents and I took the boys to Mo Bettahs for dinner and a big snowcone. Stock and my boys love that place.  So all in all sort of a low key day but so fun.

He is crazy about his halloween bucket.  He stands by my pantry door and cries "ELMO!" for it all the time.  I'm so happy the candy finally gone!

He was watching something on the computer and started laughing about it. This is a totally real Stockton smile.
Usually when my kids are only two they don't care if someone helps them open their presents but not Stock.  He was angry when the boys tried to help him and he wanted to do it himself.  Which actually makes me really excited for Christmas because he is going to love unwrapping  his stuff.
Out of all of his prents his favorite was his "birdies".  He carries them around the house and flings them into a box or plows over them with a car.  He screams when Blake or anyone else tries to take them away.  Stockton loves angry birds even though he can't really play the game.

I tried to make cupcake "ice cream" and it sort of turned out.
He actually sung "happy birthday" to himself.  I'll try to post the video later if I have time.

Debbie and I went in together and got him a Cozy coupe! I've wanted to get my kids one of these forever and finally got one for him.  I am leaving it in the basement for the winter for him to play with.  He wanted to help my dad and Bryan put it together.

I took him in for his two year old check up and he is 28 lbs!  I guess that's average weight but he is a lot bigger then my other boys were at this age.  What is worrying me is he has these weird tremor. His hands shake a lot.  My dad has grown up with the same thing his whole life just like his dad had. I'm going to track it and see when I notice it more.  I'm worried that since it's starting to young it's going to be a problem for him.  My dad  has a hard time writing some times.  I hope it's something else and he will grow out of!

4 little Palmer boys ready for Halloween

We had the best Halloween!!
 Captain America Blake
 My little pumpkin Brett
 Tigger Stockton
 Pirate Tyson

We had fun carving pumpkins -
Stockton did not want me to carve his pumpkin for the longest time.  He would carry it around the house and throw it around.  He really like it after he asked me to "cut it" for him.
 Blakes happy pumpkin
Ok so Tyson's face in this picture totally cracks me up!
Ty got to ware is costume to school.
 So did Blake.

It was such a nice day we walked to pick Ty up from school. He offered to ride Blake's bike home when Blake didn't want to.  I loved all the leaves on the side walk.
We always go to my Grandma's house to show off the kids costumes. I really love how my Grandpa and Stock are looking at each other.  I hope he sticks around long enough for Stockton to remember him because Stockton's middle name is Lowell after my grandpa.  Brett's little hand is on my grandpa too.  So cute!
A super, super rare photo of me with all my boys.

Stockton was so dang funny trick or treating! Bryan helped me take the boys around my ward and so one followed in the van while the other walked with the kids.  Stockton totally got into it!  He would hold him his Elmo bucket for the people to put his candy in and would run to the next  house with the boys.  He now goes up to my pantry door and cries "Elmo!" because he wants his candy bucket.  I'll be so happy when the candy is gone.  Ty and Blake love halloween this year too.  The weather was AWESOME!  Hot even.  It was just perfect.

Bretty at 6 months

My sweet baby is 6 months old!
6 months is my favorite baby age.  They smile all the time, they are pretty content most of the time and they are just so stinking cute!  I took Brett in for his well check up and he was 19 lbs 5 oz. No wonder my back hurts!  He's in the 75 percentile for height too.  Stock and Brett are my biggest babies by far which is good because they have to be tough with older brothers.

Brett is starting to like to be on the floor and he rolls to his tummy every time.  Then he gets suck there and gets mad.  He loves being able to move though.  He's my only kid that has rolled like that.
I finally started him on rice cereal.  He was only like 5 1/2 months before I tried- I am just not on the ball with stuff like that anymore.  I was so excited to see that he LOVES it!  Stock and Blake hated it and refused to eat it.  He was doing really good with it until one night about two hours after he ate and started violently throwing up for about two hours.  His temp drops and he throw's up every 5 minutes until he dry heaves and turns purple.  Pardon my words here but it's two hours of hell.  Then he fall's asleep for a few hours then wakes up really hungry and is fine.  I thought it was a stomach bug until the next week when I tried his rice cereal again and he did the exact same thing.  His dr. seems to think he is allergic to the formula most likely the milk in it.  So it seems my baby may be allergic to milk!  I'm going to try a few things to try to figure out what is really going on and I hope whatever it is he can grow out of.  I just told Bryan tonight what do you do when your kids is like 2 and you pull ice cream out for the kids and he can't have any.  That means we would have to pull that stuff out of our house too.  I hope we get this figured out!

I'm trying to get Bretty to sit up on his own but he still is really tipsy.

He was my little pumpkin this year for halloween.  I mean come on, what else can a baby be then a pumpkin?  He was just way to cute.  Ty wore this costume too but was older at the time.
He is starting to become more of a daddy's boy.  He kicks and gets really excited when Bryan comes home.

If anything gets by his face, toys, his feet, me, he tries to grab it and stick it in his mouth.  I think it's funny when babies are sucking on their toes.

What baby doesn't love tub time?  He knows when I'm getting his bath ready and starts kicking and being all excited.  He is too big for the baby tub now though so I need to retire it.
Brett really is the best natured little guy.  He still has his overactive tear duct that we will have to get checked out soon if it doesn't get better which might mean surgery. What is it with my kids?  Everyone of them has little problems all the time.  I do feel very blessed about how healthy they all are- milk allergies and all!
