Back to school 2020-2021

I'm going to be honest- I thought the 2020-2021 school year would be a mess. I thought they would be back in school for a couple of weeks then be home online because of covid. I was really worried about my kids wearing a mask everywhere too. I thought they wouldn't be able to handle it. And I was so wrong. Ty's high school had to do online school for about 10 days but that's it. My kids had school the whole year. They even had all of their sports and everything. I was so grateful! Many schools around the country didn't have school at all for the entire year. Most had every other day or no school Fridays. They did shorten the days a little bit but that was it. And they did great with the masks! They were a huge pain and I was washing them all the time but the kids found ones they liked and put up with it.

Ty hitting high school blew my mind. How is my kid getting that old?

These photos loaded backwards so sorry about that.
My baby started kindergarten. It about ripped my heart out. I really went back and forth on if I should send him or not. His birthday is just before school starting and most people hold their little boys back. I really felt like I should send him. The only reason I had to keep him home was because I wasn't ready to be alone. It was hard because I didn't know if he would be behind or not.
My sweet little guy. He had Mrs. Cole who is my friend in my ward. We loved her! And he did so well and made a lot of friends!

A few days before Easton went to school the rest of my boys had their first day. Brett in third grade and Stockton in 4th grade.

Because of Covid they made the first day of school just for the freshmen. So there wasn't many people there.
Blake started his first day of jr high as well. They didn't let us go into the school before it started to show him where his classes were. I was more nervous then he was I think.
