Painting the house

I have been wanting to paint the house for years. My boys have destroyed the walls the whole time we have lived here. But where it was such a huge job we decided to hire it out. We just had the basement main room, hall, stairs and main up stairs rooms painted. I love how it turned out. 

They started in the basement which means we had to stay upstairs and then when they went up stairs we were confined to the basement for a few days. Just during the day. It was a pain to use the kitchen when we needed it but well worth it. They did a good job. 

The amount of patches they had to do on the walls was embarrassing.

 It's so much better. We love it.
