So this is a little out of order but I got a new computer and I'm slowly moving stuff over from my old one to this one. December 14th was my grandparents 65 wedding anniversary isn't that amazing! For people to stay married that long and then be alive that long to make it to that. So cool. We had a musical program and a dinner for them. It's what my grandma wanted but my boys sure had a hard time. Bryan stayed home with the little boys because they didn't want really young kids there. Don't blame them. They would have been horrible anyway.
My cousins kids, me and my cousin Jon played for the program. I never realized that most of my cousins had never heard me play my violin before. I've been playing for 24 years and yet I never played for them. I also played more growing up and they all lived in Utah while I was in Idaho. My nice neighbor Kristin played the piano for me. I played 'O Holy Night' and I'm glad it turned out good. I also played this same number the Sunday before Christmas in my ward.
Both of my Grandparents spoke to us. Grandma talked about how they met and Grandpa talked about being in WW2. I videoed it all.
I feel very blessed to be apart of this family. I have amazing cousins and aunts and uncles on both sides of my family. Bryan isn't very close to many of his relatives. I may not talk to them all a lot but I love them all.
