Islands of Adventure!

We kind of decided last minute to do Universal Studios- or at least buy our tickets last minute. My older boys were always bugging me about not making Easton and Brett ride the roller coasters. Brett has a fear of them. When we went to cedar point in Ohio it about ruined his whole day that I wanted him to go on one roller coaster. But I knew he would feel proud of himself if he went.

I think Easton was equally scared of the roller coaster I think but he saw Brett freaking out and didn't say as much. I decided to make them go on it first and I let Brett pick the coaster he wanted to go on. And since he had already been on it once he wanted to ride velocicoaster. So we went there first to have him get it over with.

When we got on we were towards the front of the coaster. Bryan was by Brett and I was by Easton. One thing about this coaster is it never slows down- only gets faster. And I had forgotten until I was sitting there with Easton that as soon as it starts it shoots you out and twists. My first thought was what did I do? Poor East! He was so scared! But by the end he was so proud of himself for going! Brett I'm not sure. He was ok. And glad the boys didn't bug him anymore about it.

Poor East- you can see his little face really scared. The photo was taken towards the beginning of the ride. Which honestly is the best roller coaster I have ever been on. I love it.

Before the ride- poor Brett.

After we traumatized them we headed to Harry Potter world which is Bretts happy place.

Easton wanted a photo by the sign because he was brave enough to go on it.

Because we were there the first part of June it was hot. Like really hot. I thought I would melt because it was hot and humid. So Ty, Stock and I were totally fine going on some water rides. It really did help.

All the boys but Blake went on the Popeye ride. It was fun to have East go with us. We got so wet. Like drenched from head to toe. I think my fav part was when the ride stopped with some water dripping down on poor Tyson.

Bryan is a wimp about getting wet. He never goes on water rides. But they did like a jurassic park ride where we usually don't get very wet. This time we went on it they put Bryan in the front row and he got so wet. It made me so happy.

One of my fav photos of the trip. I wanted to buy it but you have to buy a day package with photos or something like that.

This fountain had a guy with a camera around speaking out of it. I didn't even notice. But it told Easton he looked like Draco Malfoy from harry potter and the boys latched onto that and called him Draco for awhile.
Of course we got butter beer. The frozen kind is the best.

I love the Hagrid ride. But the lines are always crazy long so we went single rider. The boys complained about the wait but it really wasn't that bad. In fact we could sit for awhile.
When I was about Tysons age my family took a trip to Florida. It was my only time before I took my family in 2022. I remember this ride and how fun it was (the Duddley Do right ride) and it was closed the last time we went. I could only talk Ty and Stock to go with me. They honestly will ride any ride with me. When we were loading the ride the attendant had me sit in front to distribute the weight better. Not my choice. I knew I was going to get it.

Bryan did get a video of us on it. I got a huge wave a water over me. We all got pretty wet.

Above is before and the one above this is after. I did look nice haha. I was wet for the rest of the day.

Stock, Blake, Ty and I went on the coaster later in the day. Ty and Blake are the second row and Stock and I are behind them. Bryan caught this awesome photo.

What a fun day. I love Islands of Adventure.
