January always starts out with Tyson's birthday. 

He is such a funny kid. His big present was this hunting backpack. 

Dad can still pick him up! He is 5'7 

His favorite is razelberry pie so he asks for that every year. 

Lunch date with my best buddy. He loves this mask the best. He wears it to school every day. 

Date night with my love 

Blake was ordained to be a teacher by his Grandpa Pack. Grandpa didn't know until we were in the bishops office. He was really touched Blake asked him to do it. Blake is such a special boy. I love him so much. 

Grandpa Pack went skiing with the boys all winter at Beaver Mountain. he usually went with the older two boys while Bryan took Stock and Brett. 

I was cleaning out the basement and Easton wondered what was in this big white bag. I showed him my wedding dress that was in it. He wanted to see me in it. I haven't tried it on in 16 years. I was really surprised that it still fit! Honestly if I were to put it on today it wouldn't fit but when I tried it on it was perfect. 

January was a horrible month for me emotionally. Honestly it was horrible. My sweet friend Jenny Cook randomly made me this bucket of sunshine. I just cried. She is the best person. I want to me more like her. 

I can't even remember why we were at big J's. haha. The boys were pumped to get a shake though. 

Grandpa took Blake and Brett out to Park Valley.

Ski day 

I met Todd when I took his wedding photos a couple of years ago. I knew he guided cougar hunts. So I arranged for Todd to take Bryan on a hunt. To say he was excited was a understatement. I'm not the best one to tell the story but I'll do my best. 

Todd took Bryan, Ty and Blake in his ranger in a area above Avon. They saw a area where a cougar killed a deer and knew it was fresh. Then he cut a fresh set of tracks and let his dogs go. This cougar wasn't too far of a hike from the ranger and Bryan got it with one shot. 

Another hunter was with Todds brother and got a huge cat as well. 

I can't even begin to tell you how much this little boy saved me last year. He was my reason for getting out of bed and getting moving. He was home with me all morning until school so we would read books, play Minecraft, and play pirates. I will treasure my time with him forever.
